1. Introduction

Welcome to AdRiddle. These terms govern the use of our website and engagement of our marketing services. By accessing our website or purchasing services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Services

We offer performance marketing, marketplace management, website development, eCommerce consulting, creative services, social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and video & branding services. Details of each are available on our website. Customizations beyond the scope will be billed separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for project execution.
• Share all necessary content and access credentials promptly.
• Approve deliverables within timelines; delays may affect project schedules.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before starting any project.
• Remaining balance is due per agreed milestones or monthly billing.
• Payments are in INR unless stated otherwise.
• All fees are non-refundable once work begins.
• Late payments beyond 7 days may incur interest as per MSME regulations.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

We include a specified number of revisions per service in the scope. Any additional work beyond this scope will incur extra charges and timeline adjustments

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all materials they provide. Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of delivered assets. AdRiddle retains rights to proprietary tools, processes, and templates.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private unless legally required to disclose it.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdRiddle’s liability is limited to the amount paid under these Terms. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 15 days’ written notice. The client must pay for all work completed up to termination. We may suspend services for non-payment or breach.

10. Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify AdRiddle from any third-party claims resulting from client-provided materials or instructions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Haryana, India courts.

12. Changes to Terms

AdRiddle may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
